Ukraine says Russia supplying rebels with 'heavy weaponry', other arms

KIEV (Reuters) - A spokesman for Ukraine's Security Council said on Sunday Russia was continuing to send "heavy weaponry" and other arms to separatists fighting Ukrainian forces in eastern Ukraine.
